This is a public information site where volunteer docs in the US answer questions about health conditions that come in from around the world. It does not offer scripts/notes/emails/or other direct to person services. Your recommendations should come from a doctor who knows you well. It is not ethical for any site doc to provide this on a blind request.

Not possible on the free HealthTap platform and not suitable in general as such letters are to be written by your internship director or faculty you worked with.

You have reached a public medical educational site, where we do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, manage, or fill out reports, forms, or letters of any sort. Not clear why you would solicit your request to doctors who have NEVER seen you or know anything about you. Find a local physician who has full familiarity with your situation.
