Is it normal that my stool is short like 3-4 inch with another pieces (not much long) but it's not hard or constipated (i poop every morning), is it considered like flat or ribbon like stool?

The size and shape of your stool is only significant if it is a change from normal for you. Everyone’s stool is different, typically related too diet, meds and other factors. So, if your stool is always like that, it is likely nothing to be concerned about. But, if it is a change for you, then see a GI doctor-you may need a colonoscopy. Good luck!
