Without an appropriate history and physical exam it's tough to interpret this MRI result. You should patiently wait for your follow-up appt with your doctor who I guess an ENT doctor. Patients nowadays are able to obtain their blood test & radiology reports before the appointments so they're very nervous and anxious about these and I think this is a setback in current healthcare, unfortunately.
