Without a more thorough description of your symptoms, it is impossible to know whether his costochondritis. It almost certainly is not cancer, based on the little description that you have here and your age. That does not mean it does not need to be evaluated and taken care of. You should see your primary doctor if your symptoms persist. Good luck.
