If you touch a pimple/acne and then touch something else can the bacteria from acne spread to other objects like clothes or pens or anything like that?

Bacteria and other microscopic organisms are always on your skin and they do get onto other objects. They don’t usually live for very long on these objects but, yes, they can spread to other people. That is why frequent hand hygiene after touching various things is a good idea, especially before eating or touching your face. Disinfecting high touch surfaces also helps to decrease spread.

Lots of bacteria and viruses can spread through dirty hands and this is where hand hygiene is always key. However, acne is not known to be a contagious disease, check cdc.gov for reliable information regarding contagious diseases and acne.
