I believe i have an ovarian cyst but not sure. i have pain on my left side that radiates down my leg and to my back. also the pain is worse when i go from a standing to a sitting position and vice versa?

Not clear that is an ovarian cyst pain. To clarify if you have an ovarian cyst, you need a pelvic ultrasound. It could be other things like a muscle or nerve pain that is irritated by the movement you do when you change the positions from sit to stand or vice versa.
