There are various treatment options available to alleviate the pain. Two of the most common treatments for lower back pain are radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and nerve root injection (NRI). There are potential risks and side effects associated with both including infection, bleeding, and nerve damage. The effectiveness varies from patient to patient. Try to find a really experienced clinician.
