Oil droplets in toilet after pooping. it sticks to the side of toilet bowl too and hard to flush. stool itself is normal in consistency but a little tacky/sticky. sometimes abdominal discomfort. constipated sometimes. eat healthy and exercise daily?

Apparently not all the fat is being absorbed. If your stools are otherwise normal in color & consistency,I wouldn't consider this to be a malabsorption syndrome or a sign of intestinal pathology. You could try eating less fats. Consult a gastroenterologist as needed.

There should not be visible oil droplets with your stool. If there is on a consistent basis, it may be a sign of fat malabsorption. A few simple tests can sort this out for you. See your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
