Last night a smooth, intact, marble-sized ball of tissue came out of my body while i was urinating. it was a reddish-pink fleshy color. it did not hurt. i then started my period this morning. could this be a cervical polyp?

There is no way to know what it is without seeing it and examining you. You can see your gynecologist for an evaluation including an exam to determine what the etiology is. Good luck to you!

Very difficult to speculate- it could be one of multiple things- old clot sloughed tissue etc. Pl get checked out by your Gyn
