I noticed that i have a tapeworm came out from my body after i poo and at my left armpit i founded a lump. so is it possible to be cysticercosis? but i didn't have any symptoms?

No, the lump in your armpit is not due to cysticercosis. I am not sure what country you are from but I think you should see a doctor as soon as possible for checking the armpit lump and have other work-up done. Good luck.
