If abdominal ct followed by abdominal mri with/wo contact were both completely normal. does that rule out most cancers, including pancreatic? or is pancreatic protocol needed ? elevated liver and pancreatic enzymes of unknown cause?

If both abdominal CT and MRI with or without contrast are completely normal, it may not completely rule out all types of cancer, including pancreatic cancer. However, it does make it less likely. Elevated liver and pancreatic enzymes of unknown cause should be further evaluated to determine the underlying cause.
