I've had recurring diarrhea for two weeks that came on suddenly. no pain but a sense of malaise and some loss of energy. i can't identify any foods that trigger it. kaopectate helps but only temporarily. any thoughts about what the cause might be?

You need to see your doctor to have this evaluated-you likely need some labs checked including checking the stool for microscopic blood and a blood count to see if there is signs of infection and/or anemia.
