A member asked:

Do we have pores (outlet of sweat glands?) on palms and soles? if not, how does sweat produce on them? does any chemical get (as common as soaps and handwashes) absorb through the palms and soles? if not, why?

Yes, there are sweat glands/pores on palms/soles. The skin and these glands allow limited penetration of any agent, soap or otherwise into the dozens of cell layers that separate the surface from your blood stream. It is not a problem.
