Regardless of the issues & activities of daily life a properly managed hypertension treatment plan should be effective. I may take a trial of several medications and time of dosing.

Yes, Some Blood Pressure meds Help - even if the hypertension is Anxiety Induced. The PCP has several prescriptions like beta Blocker Propranolol, which can also help anxiety among other issues. A visit with the PCP/GP is definitely a good place to start the management of these issues.
