30 y/o virgin male without any medical history has abdominal discomfort for past 6 months, feeling very weak despite normal appetite, blood test normal, stool test and endoscopy pending. does not smoke/drink. please provide differential diagnosis?

Abdominal Discomfort for 6 months differential diagnosis will almost be a text book as there is not enough History or Physical Signs and symptoms stated to help with that. Best option is to see the PCP and if indicated Gastroenterologist. But the statement - "stool and endoscopy pending" suggest One is in the appropriate trajectory to solution.
