Mupirocin might not help. Burning testicular skin usually is due to a fungal infection (jock itch), not bacteria -- and mupirocin only helps bacterial infections. Try a product for jock itch (also called tinea cruris: look in the same pharmacy section as athletes foot products. See a doctor if that doesn't help. Good luck.

Mupirocin is an antibiotic and for infection- so something like cortisone or benadryl might be better
