Infection?: Urine odor is highly variable, not necessarily abnormal; and cramping abdominal pain can be minor. OTOH, strong vaginal odor plus lower abdominal pain also go along with genital infections like pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). See a doctor if these symptoms continue more than a day or two, or immediately if pain is severe or if you develop a fever. Maybe not serious but better safe than sorry!
