I had a sore throat and swollen uvula with difficulty swallowing 6days ago. my dr gave me antibiotics but now i am having posterior nosebleeds and blood clots in post nasal drip. is this just from the sore throat infection?

Hav history of post nasal drip, now havin somewhat swollen throat, difficulty,pain on swallowing. Notice cobblestoning. Is this sore throat or the pnd?
Sore throat for 6 weeks.Trying amoxicillin for possible sinus infection (but no other sinus symptoms). Nose bleeds weekly + for 6mo. Have hpv. Do red nodules in profile pic look worrisome? Precancer?
Do sinus infections cause nose bleeds? I also have a bad taste in my mouth, ear popping, throat pain, and nasal congestion.
The past two days Ive had a sore throat, more so my soft palate, when swallowing. Today I noticed blood in my post nasal drip when I spit it out.
