2 weeks ago i got transconjuctival lower eyelid surgery done with fat transfer to lower eyelids. it was supposed to remove my eyebags, especially on the right eye. however, after the surgery i have an even bigger eyebag on that eye. what should i do?

It could be due to swelling after the surgery that may slowly decrease over time. You should see the doctor who did the procedure to find out if this is the case and what the expectation is as far as how long it will take for the final results of the procedure to be evident.
