Short on details. Why do you suspect this? Head injury or spontaneous? And yes, complications like meningitis, etc.

Have you sustained significant trauma to the head or spine which would be causes of a CSF leak? Do you have fluid leaking from your nose? If so, you should be examined preferably in an ER where prompt testing (& specialists are on call.) is available. These injuries or spontaneous leaks are very serious issues.
