It would be preferable to talk to your surgeon first. CSF leak can be tested for specifically. There may be a different cause for your headaches. Wish you good health!

These appear intermittent and not constant, and likely when supine or prone. Not pattern of “CSF Leak”. Sound like “Thunderclap HA’s” a migraine variant. See a neurologist and get treated
