It is ok to take Acetaminophen (generic Paracetamol) with Betahistine and Sertraline. However, Feminax contains Ibuprofen which increases your risk for bleeding or developing ulcers when taken with Sertraline. Sertraline enhances the antiplatelet property of NSAIDS.
