I just received the results of the tests. please can you explain exactly because i don't understand the pediatrician :( -hbs ag negative -anti-hbs positive 622.8 miu/ml. -anti-hbc igm negative 0.062 coi thank you very very much :?

This appears related to another post regarding a 2 year old having had hepatitis and now recovered. These tests confirm that. The "Ag" test would be positive if the baby continued to be an asymptomatic carrier. Positive anti-HBs are antibodies to hepatitis B (good) and the IgM test doesn't remain positive, so a negative test is also good.
