Anticardiolipin igm low-med positive 29 u/ml. hematologist is unconcerned as all other coagulation tests were normal and does not want me back for 6 months. is this concerning?

Level below 40 is likely not consistent with APS unless you have other clinical feature(s) which strongly suggests this syndrome.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, I agree with your doctor and the test should be repeated in 6 months. Wish you good health!
