I think I accidentally inhaled/swallowed feathers from my duvet (theres a hole in the fabric), now my throat feels tight and mucusy, and chest is hurting/tight, and hard to take a deep breath. Felt totally normal prior. Will it pass? Just anxiety?
When I swallow, it feels like there is something stuck in my throat, also when I eat a meal it feels like its not going down and its just sitting at the bottom of my throat. When I take a deep breath it feels tight in my chest.
What exactly causes the normal tight and aching chest/throat/face when crying? Because i get similar pain at other times, sometimes exacerbated by deep breaths. Clear chest ct, neg cardiac work-up.
Tightness in chest. Lower throat/trachea is very sore. Chest hurts a bit when I breath. Trachea hurts when I swallow. Any help?
