The inner thighs and buttock area are common areas for boils to occur, often it could be due to ingrown hairs from shaving. You can try a gentle exfoliater, gentle antibacterial cleanser. If you have frequent boils see your Dr to make sure it is not coming from a specific bacteria or that is not another medical condition causing the boils.
