You should find out if it is truly your heart. You should see a doctor and have an EKG done. If that is ok, then the discomfort may have another source besides your heart-GI pain, like gastroesophageal reflux-can feel like heart pain. Musculoskeletal discomfort can cause chest discomfort as well. So, see a doctor and find out the diagnosis of your discomfort so the proper treatment can be rendered

The way you described the pain as squeezing not suggesting heart as being at the origin, however given location a cardiac cause is first to be ruled out. Talk to your doc about your symptoms, that will give you peace of mind.
