Good day. i'm messaging to ask a few questions. if any of this is normal or if i could get medical advice. i felt the urge to push, this big clot came out, bigger than both my hands together, the pain is so bad and the bleeding has gotten worse?

You need to go to an emergency room and have this evaluated right away. Severe pain, bleeding and a large clot could be signs of a serious condition so you want to get this evaluated right away. Tests can be done urgently and a gynecologist can see you emergently as well to find out right away what the problem is so that treatment can be given immediately. Good luck to you!
