Slight chance: The owner of the small bleeding pimple has a slight chance of transmitting his HIV or HCV virus to the person doing the massage of the pimple area. That is why a person who knows he has HIV or HCV should take extra care before allowing other unsuspecting persons to touch his body where there is any bleeding. Generally, people do not catch HIV nor HCV through giving typical massage.
