Even minimal pulmonary (lung) tuberculosis ("Koch's infection") can be a great danger to people in your environment. But if "minimal" means no cavity (an open abscess in the lung), you are not coughing, and are taking your medications, probably you can safely be at work. But check with your doctor first -- or with public health authorities in your city, province or country. Good luck.
