Post nasal drip: Chronic post nasal drip with or without allergic cause or reflux would be two of the most common causes of those symptoms. You can do a trial of antihistamines, pull dairy from your diet, or do allergy testing to confirm this as the cause. Reflux can be confirmed by seeing ent, having a nasal scope and showing inflamed vocal chords.
