Went to eye doc- eyelid was red and swollen. got an antibiotic ointment (neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates & dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment) but not sure if allergy or dirt. taken 1 day. super dizzy, & eye feels all better. can i stop taking it?

Probably this needs treatment for a few days; the immediate improvement probably is from the dexamethasone, but the antibiotics probably need more time to work. Follow the instructions with the prescription, or call the doctor's office if still uncertain. The ointments are not the cause of your dizziness.
