HIV test results always overrule symptoms, no matter how typical the symptoms might seem to be for HIV. It isn't possible to have HIV symptoms and not have HIV antibody. However, the oral fluids HIV test never becomes positive in up to 5% of people with HIV. Probably you don't have HIV, but to be certain you need a lab-based HIV blood test. Good luck.
