I had unprotected sex with my gf on 29 and 30 march and started having all hiv symptoms which lasted for about five weeks. i then tested for hiv using oraquick on 6th and 7th week which tested negative.how accurate is oraquick at this stage?

HIV test results always overrule symptoms, no matter how typical the symptoms might seem to be for HIV. It isn't possible to have HIV symptoms and not have HIV antibody. However, the oral fluids HIV test never becomes positive in up to 5% of people with HIV. Probably you don't have HIV, but to be certain you need a lab-based HIV blood test. Good luck.
