No risk, no worries: HIV has never been known to be transmitted by cunnilingus (oral vaginal contact). That doesn't mean it can't happen, but if it does, it is exceedingly rare. You really didn't need testing, but in any case your test results prove you weren't infected. Indeed you can "forget about HIV and move on".
