Living a healthy lifestyle is bound to be helpful. So, eating a healthy diet with fruit/vegetables and exercising regularly is always helpful to have a healthy immune system. Having a healthy immune system will help to lower your risk of cancer. Avoiding exposure to known toxins like asbestos will be helpful as well. Genetics cannot be changed so it is important to control what you can. Good luck
