Had a scope 2 years ago but now having pain, cough for 3 months and swallowing problems could be cancer? no smoking but drink moderately wine.

Needs to be checked: Cough for three months associated with pain needs to be checked by your doctor.What kind of scope you had 2 years ago and for what reason.Was it Broncoscope? I suggest get it checked as swallowing problem can be due to esophagus pathology.We can not tell you if it is cancer without exam and may need xrays or other imaging,and may be Endoscopy for swallowing problem
