Hi, recently i had intercourse and there was excessive bleeding near the head of the penis. there is no pain, and it starts to bleed after a minute or two while having intercourse. what is the reason for this?

Exactly where is the blood coming from? Are you sure it isn't bleeding by your partner? If from you and "near the head of the penis", it must be the urethra. More information needed. However, if it's definitely your blood, then it would make sense to see a urologist ASAP. Good luck.
