Between ultrasound and abi, which one is more accurate for diagnosing intermittent claudication? i only feel pain when walking. do most doctors offer the treadmill abi test? without the treadmill abi test, how do doctors diagnose it?

Do you have diabetes or history of smoking? Do you have diminished or absent pedal pulses? If not,PAD would be quite unlikely. If I suspect PAD,I refer the patient to a respected vascular surgeon& expct him/her to choose the testing that he/she is most comfortable with. Any of the previously mentioned tests are fine.
