Can a pimple occur on dorsal hand? i have a red little bump, located where there are hairs, no whitehead and painful to the touch?

A pustule or pimple can occur anywhere on the skin & eventually a little pus will show up. Apply hot ( not too hot) water compresses for 15 minutes, pat dry, apply antibacterial ointment and observe for improvement. If pus drains, sterilize the surrounding skin with alcohol to kill any staph germs. See an MD as needed.
