The best med to try would be Flonase nasal spray-one puff in each nostril twice daily. The 2nd best option is a saline nasal spray-follow instructions on package. If neither helps, see an ENT doctor to get evaluated and treated. Good luck!

Since Keppra lacks a tendency to interact with most other medications due to its metabolism, it would be very unlikely to adversely react with most OTC items used to treat upper respiratory tract symptoms.
