I have some upper mid abdominal pain that sometimes radiates to one side or the other. also lots of belching. clear ct with contrast a little over a year ago. could i already have developed pancreatic cancer?

Generally, pancreatic cancer begins without symptoms, and the clinical scenario that you paint here does not suggest pancreatic cancer at all. You may consider a trial of antacids to see if it makes a difference. If it does not, then you should see your primary doctor or a gastroenterologist.

There should be some reason for why you worry about pancreatic cancer with symptoms that will be highly atypical for such a diagnosis and normal imaging tests. There are many other possible explanations for your symptoms otherwise. Talk to your doc about your fears.
