Is evogliptin a safe drug ? mayo is running a trial to see if it is effective in delaying aortic stenosis progression. i am considering applying for enrollment if evogliptin is otherwise safe?

Evogliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor which has been used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus for several years outside the USA. It is considered safe but it should not be used for patient with history of pancreatitis. In the US, we have used other medications in this group for many years. Good luck.
