Group A streptococcus (the cause of strep throat) does normally infect the genital area; the risk probably is low, but can't say there is no risk. If your partner had been on antibiotic treatment for more than 2-3 days when the oral sex exposure occurred, any risk probably was gone. See a doctor if you develop abnormal vaginal discharge or other symptoms. If no symptoms, don't worry about it.
