It is not recommended to use liquid toothache medication on top of temporary filling material that has come out. The temporary filling material is designed to protect the tooth and prevent further damage or infection until a permanent filling can be placed by a dentist. If the temporary filling material has come out, it is important to see a dentist as soon as possible to have it replaced.

Please see a local dentist for treatment. The temporary filling will prevent any other meds from contacting the inner tooth surface, but will not prevent the progression of the decay. Failure to treat can result in the loss of the tooth.

You got what you paid for, almost nothing. lease see a Dentist. There is no OTC or pill cure for infected tooth. Cure requires physical removal of all infected tooth tissue.
