Constant dull ache in tooth, 10 days after filling redone(was aching to heat beforehand and by itself), told to persevere, buti am holidaying in 2 weeks?

Dentist: It is very normal for a deep filling to be sensitive after it has been filled. Often times it can be sensitive to cold for a week or two. Sensitivity to hot is never good that normally means a root canal may be needed. But you should call your dentist sometimes the filling may be a little high which could be causing the dull ache, and they will need to adjust the bite.
