Absolutely: Why don't you see how the tooth feels after 24 to 48 hours? If just may be that it was traumatized a bit. If the tooth still hurts after 48 hours and is not progressively getting better, you may have fractured something so it would be wise to call a dentist for an appointment to have it evaluated. In the meantime take OTC pain meds and eat soft foods.
