Please repeat your question and be sure there are no typographical errors. You might be saying that he was stung on his penis by black ants and there was swelling as a result. If that happened right away then my guess is by now, he's better but if it's been 2 days and he's worse he likely has an infection and needs antibiotics. Please write back, explain what happened and include a time frame.
