Suppressive therapy with Acyclovir 400mg twice a day for 6-12 months would decrease the recurrence of herpes labials, so called cold sore. Consult with your PCP.

I am vitamin D deficient. I was at 20ng/mL. They prescribed me OTC 3,000 IU of vitamin D for the next three months. 5,000 IU was the closest I could get. My calcium is fine. I wear sunscreen and I'm vegan. How long will it take for me to feel better?
