Your doctor needs to do blood work checking your thyroid numbers and then, based on the levels, adjust the dose. Once the dose is adjusted, the levels are checked again in about 4-6 weeks to see if a euthyroid state has been achieved. Unfortunately, there is no quick way to adjust thyroid medicine and it takes a while for the thyroid to adjust to a new dose. So, see your doctor.
