I had a normal tooth extraction almost a week ago, the site isnt completely healed yet, but im wondering if im ok to smoke & go back to eating more foods again?

Since it’s only a week since the extraction, it would make sense NOT to smoke as this may slow the healing process. As far as food goes it should be ok, however i would discuss it with your dentist.
